Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection procedures.
• Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and hiring activities.
• Lead discussions on quarterly and annual manpower and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Participate in HR activities related to hiring, candidate management, and talent acquisition.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
