Job summary

SG MANPOWER SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled tailor to deliver precise alterations and bespoke garment creation.

The role involves meticulous sewing, measuring, and crafting clothing to meet customer specifications, including suits and jackets. You will iron/steam finished pieces and ensure top-notch fit and finish for customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of fabric types, excellent customer service, and proficiency with various sewing

Qualifications

• Proficient sewing and measuring of clothing.
• Able to design/make clothes from scratch for customers (suits, jackets, pants, etc.).
• Repair clothes that are damaged or ripped.
• Alter garments to fit (shorten/lengthen/tighten/loosen).
• Press/steam finished garments for pickup.
• Knowledge of various fabric types and how to work with them.
• Sew on buttons, zippers, hooks and similar details.
• Accurately measure customers for proper fit.
