Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead product strategy and vision for complex or ambiguous problem spaces, translating user needs and business goals into a coherent product roadmap. Lead the product team to achieve this vision.
  • Identify and mitigate risks from both technical and market perspectives, anticipating potential challenges at the project level.
  • Take full ownership of broad, ambiguously-scoped projects – translating team goals into actionable plans, prioritising tasks, and driving workstreams to successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Critically analyse data and define success metrics to drive prioritisation – leveraging data to validate or kill ideas before development, and making recommendations grounded in evidence
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritises features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.
  • Translate complex policy objectives and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and business users to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product evolution.
  • Monitor and analyse product metrics and user feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, enabling data-driven decisions for product improvements.
What we are looking for
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in Product Management, with proven track record of managing complex digital products or services.
  • Track record leading product teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch to iteration.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to connect user problems, business value and technical feasibility into clear product decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and killing ideas that do not work.
  • Excellent communication, both in writing and verbally, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to evolving policy landscapes and technological advancements.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking principles.
Nice to Have
  • Experience and knowledge of Singapore public sector.
  • Experience working in a product-centric environment (product management, Agile, etc).
