DELOITTE SINGAPORE T&T PTE. LTD. invites talented individuals to join our consulting team as a Systems Analyst.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for system design. You’ll conduct feasibility studies, develop workflows and data models, support testing, documentation, and client communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a system analyst or business analyst.
• Experience in SDLC and system analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills.

Work you’ll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system design.
• Conduct feasibility analysis to evaluate technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
• Develop workflows, data flow diagrams, and process models to represent system processes clearly.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Participate in designing test plans, conducting system tests, and validating solutions against requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and propose enhancements or fixes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, changes, and user manuals.
• You will support the project teams in developing presentation materials and in coordination of communications with the client.
• You will assist the project teams in delivery of business-driven, technology-enabled solutions to help our clients meet pressing challenges and seize opportunities in their respective markets.
• You will work with diverse and talented project team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients across all industries.
• You will uphold the firm’s standards and ethos in working with fellow team members and in your interactions with the clients.
• You will support business development efforts by contributing directly to the preparation, development of proposals, presentations and publications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in the FSI industry can be a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering system analysis and requirements documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (e.g., UML,BPMN).
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
• Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning
