Job summary

Deloitte Singapore is seeking a senior transformation leader to guide AI strategy and product development, leading cross-functional teams across business, data and technology to deliver value.

You will work with clients on Heart of the Business strategy, define requirements, and translate them into AI-enabled solutions, including RAG and enterprise search, while driving agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in transformation or consulting roles.

Work you will do

You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients' projects and programs by defining, analysing, and managing requirements to help fulfil their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.

You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work.
• Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Conduct relevant research and data analysis, and create reports.
• Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
• Assess operating models, organisational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations service delivery.
• Assist in proposal development, as requested.
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring and daily interaction with clients.

• Help clients define AI and automation strategies that align technology investments with business and operating-model priorities.
• Identify and assess Generative AI and analytics use cases, translate business needs into product requirements, and contribute to the development and delivery of AI-enabled solutions. Lead or support AI product initiatives, including knowledge‑management solutions using retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), large language models, and enterprise search technologies.
• Provide product ownership and stakeholder leadership across cross‑functional business, data, and technology teams using agile delivery methods.
• Support data governance, data quality, master‑data cleansing, migration, reporting, and analytics activities that enable ERP and enterprise transformation programmes.
• Communicate AI opportunities, solution options, risks and expected business value clearly to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline from a well‑ranked institution; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in transformation or consulting roles.
• Relevant experience leading business‑model design and implementation in areas such as operational excellence, productivity, efficiency, data transformation, and technology‑enabled change.
• Experience in AI strategy, Generative AI product development, analytics, automation or AI‑enabled business transformation.
• Working knowledge of RAG, large language models, cloud‑based AI services, enterprise search, and the translation of business requirements into AI product use cases.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, master‑data management, cleansing, migration, reporting or analytics in support of large‑scale ERP or enterprise transformation.
• Product ownership experience and the ability to lead cross‑functional business, data and technology teams through agile delivery.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) are advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team‑building and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly and for a wide audience.
