Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage daily operations of IP networks and IT systems. You will configure Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams, while maintaining security compliance.

You will support end-users, manage accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and assist with IT audits, asset tracking, and procurement. Fortinet Firewall/VPN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure administration.
• Experience in service desk support and user access controls.
• ITIL and/or Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

Job description

• Manage daily operations of IP networks and IT infrastructure, including administration, monitoring, backup, and security.

• Implement, configure, and maintain SaaS and cloud services such asAzure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, AAD Connect etc.

• Assist in configuring and maintaining computer hardware, system software, and applications in compliance with security requirements.

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and access matrices, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Provide first-level end-user support for PCs/laptops, mobile devices, and web applications; travel to Central and North-East centres may be required.

• Support IT procurement activities, including evaluation, implementation, and vendor coordination.

• Assist in setting up new centres by scoping IT network and end-user requirements and supporting end-to-end implementation.

• Support IT audits, asset tracking, licensing management, and account administration across internal and external systems.

• Provide IT administrative support such as maintenance contract renewals, fixed asset tracking, and access management.

• Administer and supportFortinet Firewall and VPN, with working knowledge ofFortinet Secure SD-WANpreferred. Support post-implementation issue resolution and project-related tickets.

• Perform after-hours or weekend work for scheduled maintenance or critical IT activities when required.

Required experience/skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Minimum4 years of experiencein on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure administration and service desk support.

• ITIL and/or Cybersecurity certificationsare an advantage but not mandatory

• Working knowledge ofcloud platforms, virtual machines, networking devices, firewalls, wireless technologies, switching, and routing protocols.

• Experience managingAzure AD, Office 365, Exchange, Endpoint Services, and user access controls.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
