Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide regional product support including Technical Support Hotline, customer visits and regional training
• Participate in demos, trials and trade shows where necessary
• Conduct maintenance and user training where necessary
• Support site repair where necessary
• Able to operate basic spectrum monitoring and analysis products in field condition
• Working with local sales to fulfill customer requirement on field operation for projects
• Management of spares parts depot to support regional installations
