Qualifications

• Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs.
• Familiarity with SDLC and system analysis best practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and obtain approvals.
• Analyze and propose system solutions, including data models and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and QA to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Support SIT/UAT and defect analysis to ensure quality of delivered solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to post-implementation support.
• Work with project stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in system analysis and design.
• Assist in creating training materials and support end-users on new functionalities.
