Overview

• Support the IT Manager in managing the software project pipeline and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Participate in project planning by evaluating project priority, complexity, and resource availability.
• Project Governance & Reporting
• Review and track IT project and change requests. Maintain a centralized project master list and provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and completion status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the 42Q support team to address new error types, facilitate knowledge transfer to the IT support team, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues.
• Translate customer and internal business requirements into clear functional specifications. Assist in designing solutions for manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

Required skills/experience

• Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in gathering user requirements, performing analysis, drafting functional spec and implementing IT systems. With good communication and analytical skill.
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or relevant
• Familiar with any VB/.NET/C# programming skillset and understand project management fundamentals.
