Job summary

Referment is seeking a Systems Administrator for its Singapore office. The role blends hands-on user support with infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and project work in a global environment.

You will engage with colleagues and vendors to improve reliability and efficiency of the enterprise technology stack. The role covers Windows and UNIX environments, storage, clustering, and end-user equipment, with on-site Monday–Friday duties and occasional overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, AV, conferencing, and remote-user support.
• Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments and device management support.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support Windows and UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
