• Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows enterprise environment and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for working with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person support for PC hardware, peripheral, and software deployments, mobile device management, videoconferencing and AV equipment, trading floor support, and occasional datacenter work.
• Partner with global teams and vendors to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
• Be responsible for a variety of support and project work across Windows PCs/servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and an advanced communications infrastructure.
• Support and project work may include troubleshooting complex issues, administration of infrastructure-level systems, and implementing automation and efficiency improvements.
