Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in R&D, system testing, integration testing, or embedded product validation roles.
• Experience in hardware‑software integration testing is highly preferred.
• Understanding of system‑level testing methodologies, QA processes, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system‑level test plans covering functional, integration, performance, reliability, and stress testing.
• Define test methodologies and optimize coverage for end‑to‑end validation.
• Identify gaps and propose mitigation with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Validate system behavior across hardware, firmware, and software subsystems.
• Conduct regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Execute manual and automated tests in lab environments with hardware prototypes.
• Document defects with logs and diagnostics; collaborate for root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
