Job summary

SILICON LABORATORIES INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Test Engineer to join their team. You will assist in developing test programs for new silicon products and work collaboratively with engineers on load boards and production testing.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, a strong interest in semiconductor testing, and over 2 years of relevant experience. The role includes participation in silicon validation and debugging, with hands-on experience in test hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a BS in Electrical Engineering and strong interest in semiconductor testing.
• More than 2 years of experience in test engineering, including internships and projects.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting in C/C++, Python, or VBA is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and debugging test programs on ATE platforms.
• Work with senior engineers to design load boards for production testing.
• Analyze test data and assist in identifying issues during production ramp.
