Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a System Support Executive to assist with its management system, provide user support, and conduct system training across multiple sites in Singapore.

The role requires handling in-house system issues, creating user accounts, and liaising with vendors, with a focus on troubleshooting and proactive support to staff. A Diploma in IT or related field is preferred and minimum 2 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Real Estate Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of MS SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and provide effective support to users

Responsibilities

• Handle issues relating to the in-house property management system
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
• Provide system support to users across various sites
• Conduct system training and on-boarding for new staff
• Provide telephone, email, and face-to-face technical support
• Liaise with external support vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Assist with other IT network and support activities as required
• Monitor and maintain web applications and security
