Job summary

ASIA PROPERTIES & ASSETS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a System Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of property technology systems to new and existing clients in Singapore.

You will generate leads, plan marketing campaigns, present solutions, and close deals to meet revenue targets. You will identify prospects, tailor system solutions, conduct demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing while coordinating with technical teams for smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in property, IT systems, building technology, or solution sales.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply for junior position.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals and events.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable system solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, system demos and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales and achieve individual monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth handover and implementation.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print channels.
• Create and update marketing collateral: brochures, case studies, presentations and website content.
• Organise and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows and client events.
• Track campaign performance and report on leads, conversion and ROI.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to support sales strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, developers, consultants and partners.
• Act as main point of contact for client enquiries and after-sales follow-up.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activities in the CRM.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
• Support the manager with sales planning and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
