Job summary

APEX Asia Management Group PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales of our property technology systems and solutions to new and existing clients in Singapore.

You will generate leads, run marketing campaigns, present solutions to prospects and close deals meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities include sales prospecting, creating proposals, conducting product demos, coordinating with technical teams, and tracking performance to achieve monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience.
• English communication skills required; Mandarin or Malay an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales may apply for junior positions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calls, networking, referrals and events.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable system solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth handover and implementation.
