Job summary

SCANMED TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous System Service Engineer to install, support and maintain medical equipment and IT solutions. The role emphasizes on-site installation, validation, commissioning and ensuring reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment, with working knowledge of computer networking and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
• Working knowledge in computer networking.
• Training will be provided locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
• Performance technical POC, Implementation, testing, training and support for system installed.
• Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing/ sales.
• Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver impactful product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our ultrasound systems
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a System Service Engineer.
