Job summary

SCANMED TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a meticulous System Service Engineer to deliver installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

You will provide on-site troubleshooting, high-level technical support, and product demonstrations for ultrasound systems while interfacing with cross-functional teams and maintaining service information in the enterprise database.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
Working knowledge in Computer networking.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
Interface with cross functional teams including field applications, customer support/services, product management and marketing.
Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver product demonstrations for ultrasound systems
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from visits.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
