Job summary

SCANMED TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a meticulous System Service Engineer to deliver installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

You will provide on-site troubleshooting, high-level technical support, and product demonstrations for ultrasound systems while interfacing with cross-functional teams and maintaining service information in the enterprise database.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
• Working knowledge in Computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
• Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Interface with cross functional teams including field applications, customer support/services, product management and marketing.
• Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver product demonstrations for ultrasound systems
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from visits.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.

Job Description

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment and IT solutions.
• Experience in MS Window environment & application support
• Performance technical POC, Implementation, testing, training and support for system installed.
• Perform hand-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, and marketing/ sales.
• Product Demonstration- Craft and deliver impactful product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our ultrasound systems
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a System Service Engineer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electronic or mechanical or IT Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical capital equipment.
• Working knowledge in Computer networking.
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Excel.
• Training will be provided both locally and overseas.
