Job summary

Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology, seeks a Senior/Customer Service Engineer to deliver and manage healthcare projects. You will install, startup, maintain, repair and update medical devices, covering Singapore and Brunei, with occasional travel.

A technical Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic/Biomedical Engineering is required. You will strengthen service team competencies and build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and outcomes in patient

• Experience with Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies products is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship management.
• Hands-on installation, startup, maintenance, and repair of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in one or more Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies product lines.
• Contribute to strengthening Service Team competency in technical knowledge.
• Foster relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Perform installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, and updates of products within your area of expertise; assist with other products as needed.
• Cover Singapore and Brunei install base; travel may be required.

Your Role:

• You will be well verse in one or more Diagnostic Imaging or Advanced Therapies product line.
• You will play a part to build and strengthen Service Team competency in technical knowledge.
• You will foster development of relationship with customers to excel in Customer satisfaction.
• Youwill perform installation, startup, maintenance, repairs, updates of all products within your area of expertise and assist with other products under supervision or as deployed.
• This role will cover both Singapore and Brunei Install Base. Travelling may be required depending on business requirement.
• Diploma in a technical discipline such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, Process Control Engineering, Networking basic.
• Experience within Healthcare Services & Product knowledge will be an added advantage.
