Job summary

Talent Link by e2i is sourcing a seasoned professional to lead the technical service team for biomedical equipment. You will supervise engineers and technicians, oversee installation, maintenance, and post-sales service, and ensure timely responses to customer issues.

You will collaborate with sales and application teams, manage KPIs and spare parts, and ensure regulatory compliance within a Biomed environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience servicing medical equipment including imaging devices.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
