Job summary

LEADER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance across mechanical systems, lead a team of QA engineers and inspectors, and drive adherence to international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of QA/QC experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of mechanical engineering, fabrication processes, inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITPs, SOPs, and project quality standards.
• Investigate root causes, manage NCRs, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Enforce regulatory codes and oversee internal QMS audits.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement to set quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise quality engineers, inspectors, and staff.
