Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Singapore is looking for a candidate with a strong background in network and security engineering to design and build SD-WAN service infrastructure. You will manage the product lifecycle, assist in technical evaluations, and support customer escalations. The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields along with 6-8 years of experience in a Telco environment and a CCNP certification. Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in an Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is required.
• Basic knowledge in Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.
• Perform new technologies market scans and technical evaluations.
• Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.
• Manage service product lifecycle including EOL/EOS, releases, and upgrades.
• Support technical planning, network/security engineering, and project management.

• Support Proof-of-Value to customer.
• Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.

• Responsible in technical planning, network/security engineering, and project management/coordination.
• Responsible in defining Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work.
• Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.

Skills For Success

• Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
