Job summary

We seek a senior architect to lead the Managed SASE portfolio, drive platform engineering, and govern security and operations across complex environments.

You will engage with Product, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver market-ready services, manage budgets, and mentor engineers while advancing innovative capabilities for customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT/telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for the Managed SASE service portfolio.
• Lead the planning, design, and engineering of multi-tenant SASE platforms and service infrastructure.
• Evaluate new technologies and conduct PoCs to introduce innovative service capabilities.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including feature enhancements, software upgrades, and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Operations, and Technical Pre-Sales to deliver market-ready managed services.
• Establish architecture standards, security governance, and engineering best practices to ensure service reliability and compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve service provisioning, operations, and customer experience.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and technical escalations.
• Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budget, tracking project expenditure, software licenses and infrastructure investments.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and governance for cross-functional projects and service enhancements.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.


• 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise/System Intergator/Telco Environment.


• CCNP or equivalent.


• StSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS and SDWAN technologies.
