Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS required.
• 2–4 years of system and network administration experience.
• Hands-on with Hyper-V/VMware, Windows Server, and network infra.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware).
• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall).
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support.
