Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Singapore is seeking a contract System Test Engineer to plan and execute verification and validation for i3070 software and hardware releases. You will develop test strategies, configure systems, and reproduce defects to support quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or CS field.
• Experience in system-level testing of complex hardware-software products.
• Knowledge of software QA practices and regression testing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting: logs, hardware/software issues.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing test is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system-level verification and validation for i3070 releases.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and reports from requirements and design changes.
• Configure and troubleshoot i3070 systems, fixtures, instruments, and software.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance tests across configurations.
• Reproduce, document, and track defects; verify fixes with dev teams.
• Build and maintain automated tests and test environments to improve coverage.
• Analyze results and communicate quality risks for release decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and lab practices.
