Job summary

NPI Solutions (Singapore) (PTE.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to ensure products are tested and validated to quality standards. You will prepare and maintain test documents, set up equipment, run tests and report results.

Responsibilities include performing software, functional and electrical testing, reading schematics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to improve test processes and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Read and understand basic mechanical and/or electrical drawings, work instructions and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
• Proficient with data analysis and reporting in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform software, functional and electrical testing according to procedures, work instructions, and engineering requirements to validate product functionality.
• Conduct checks and tests beyond standard procedures to ensure quality compliance.
• Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment, tools and software.
• Accurately record, analyze, and report test results, highlighting issues or defects.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and support root cause investigations to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve product performance and testing processes.
