Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a System Integration Engineer to coordinate Smart Building (BMS/IBMS) integration at International Business Park. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and craft specifications to align building systems with digital platforms.

The role demands 2–5 years in BMS/IBMS or related fields, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with ACMV, chiller operations, and basic networking. Permanent position with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in BMS, IBMS, smart building solutions, system integration or digital building platforms.
• Good understanding of building systems, ACMV, chiller plant operations, energy monitoring and building automation.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, basic networking, APIs or data exchange concepts will be advantageous.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, testing, commissioning or solution delivery will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
• Experience in healthcare, data centre, mega projects or critical environments will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Smart Building, IBMS and digital platform integration requirements.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand operational and business needs.

• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.

• Review testing status, defects and operational readiness before handover.
• Support transition to maintenance teams after project delivery.
