Job summary

XUAN-U INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned project leader to drive Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.

You will guide engineering and installation teams, design BMS software integrations, and ensure documentation quality and operational excellence. The role requires advanced leadership, a strong engineering background, and willingness to travel and be on-call to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing service operations and/or engineering projects in the building environment sector.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as needed.
• Willing travel on short notice and manage a 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Recognized degree in Electronic & Electrical, Computer Science, or relevant Engineering discipline from a reputable university.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effective team building, analytical problem-solving, resourcefulness, time management, customer focus, and planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, engineering, and installation teams to achieve annual financial and operational goals.
• Design and develop software solutions for Building Management Systems including chiller systems, HVAC, security, and fire alarm integration.
• Prepare P&ID diagrams related to chiller systems and BMS for accurate system documentation.
• Write, debug, and test code to control and integrate with existing BMS systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and clarify BMS requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive manuals for BMS systems, including code, logic diagrams, and system configurations.

Job Summary

Lead and manage projects and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and related automation solutions, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects, engineering, and installation teams to achieve annual financial and operational goals
• Design and develop software solutions for Building Management Systems including chiller systems, HVAC, security, and fire alarm integration
• Prepare P&ID diagrams related to chiller systems and BMS for accurate system documentation
• Write, debug, and test code to control and integrate with existing BMS systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and clarify BMS requirements and specifications

• Manage and develop project, engineering, and installation professionals to enhance team performance
• Implement programs to ensure efficient and smooth departmental operations
• Evaluate departmental performance and apply corrective actions to improve results
• Apply knowledge of Honeywell or Siemens BMS systems (Comfort Point Open CPO and Enterprise Building Integrator EBI OR DesigoCC) to optimize system functionality
• Utilize understanding of Niagara 4 system and cloud computing to support BMS solutions
• Assist project manager in delivering project objectives.

Required competencies and certifications
