Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a System Integration Engineer/MSI to coordinate Smart Building, IBMS and digital platform integrations at International Business Park. The role involves understanding client operational needs, preparing requirements, and managing traceability and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will conduct workshops, align solutions across BMS and third-party systems, and support UAT, testing readiness and maintenance

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, IT, CS, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BMS/IBMS or smart building solutions.
• Knowledge of ACMV, chiller plant operations, energy monitoring and building automation.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, networking, APIs or data exchange concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, testing or solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
• Experience in healthcare, data centre, mega projects or critical environments is advantageous.

• Position: System Integration Engineer/ MSI (Smart Building / BMS / IBMS)

• Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours: 5.5-day work week, office hours

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7200 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Smart Building, IBMS and digital platform integration requirements.

• Conduct customer workshops to understand operational and business needs.

• Experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, testing, commissioning or solution delivery will be advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.

• Experience in healthcare, data centre, mega projects or critical environments will be advantageous.
