Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Building Automation Engineer to coordinate the integration of BMS/IBMS, ACMV controls, energy monitoring and smart building systems across projects. You will gather customer requirements and document system specifications while collaborating with clients, consultants and vendors to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires 2–5 years in building automation, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a degree in engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, Mechatronics, IT or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in BMS/IBMS, Building Automation, System Integration or Smart Building solutions.
• Familiarity with BMS/IBMS, ACMV systems, chiller plants and energy monitoring.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, networking and API/data integration is an advantage.

Workplace: Office + Site

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration of BMS/IBMS, ACMV controls, energy monitoring and smart building systems.

• Gather and document customer requirements, system specifications and use cases.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth solution delivery.

• Manage system interfaces, integration requirements, technical issues and project dependencies.

• Participate in SIT, UAT, testing, commissioning and system acceptance activities.

• Monitor solution readiness, resolve issues and support project handover.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports and customer presentations.

• Support the delivery of Smart Building and Digital Building solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, Mechatronics, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in BMS, IBMS, Building Automation, System Integration, ACMV/HVAC Controls or Smart Building solutions.

• Good understanding of BMS/IBMS, ACMV systems, chiller plants, energy monitoring and building automation.

• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, networking and API/data integration is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in SIT/UAT, commissioning or large-scale building projects will be an advantage.
