Job summary

ITCAN Pte Limited in Singapore is seeking an IT network operations specialist to manage and administer Cisco switches and Aruba ClearPass at customer sites. The role focuses on daily network operations, incident handling, and ongoing improvement in a demanding environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, diagnose complex issues from tooling to hardware, and implement risk mitigations while maintaining strong customer communication and information security focus.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a System Integration environment and/or implementing Network systems is a plus
• Familiar and experienced in Palo Alto Firewall and Clearpass
• Certification in Network related products will be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain technology from a customer perspective
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, team player and written skills
• Positive working attitude and passionate in information security

Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional relationships with Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Traffic, Logistics, Program Management, and OEM partners to deliver superb operational results and manage the performance of external vendors
• Escorting of vendors when needed
