The role requires 7+ years in IT presales or solutioning for data centre and campus networks, with certifications and strong stakeholder communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of IT presales or solutioning experience in data centre and campus networking.
• Familiar with wired/wireless, SD-WAN, firewall and cyber security solutions.
• Knowledge of Aruba, Palo Alto, Huawei and Cisco networking offerings.
• Technical certifications ACP/ACE/HCIP/HCIE; CCIE/ACE would be an advantage.
• Business acumen and ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AIS Sales Specialist and Account team to build pipeline via consultative selling.
• Map customer requirements to offerings portfolio and describe solution scope.
• Provide comprehensive technical consulting for Cisco/Aruba/Palo Alto/Huawei networking.
• Gather detailed requirements to design highly available, secure solutions.
• Prepare and present technical solutions, BOMs, proposals, and PoCs.
• Highlight impact of solutions on customer business goals.
• Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution reviews.
• Support pricing discussions with technical input and proposals.
• Architect solutions in response to customer requirements.
• Participate in Bid Management and Review processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor landscapes.
• Conduct enablement sessions for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AIS Sales Specialist and Account team in building pipeline through consultative selling approach, driving net new business opportunities within the existing regional account base as well as supporting client acquisition activities.
• Maps customer requirements to the offerings portfolio describing solution and scope of work to meet or exceed requirements
• Offer comprehensive Technical Consulting support to the Solution Sales team for Cisco/Aruba/Palo Alto/Huawei networking business.
• Gather detailed networking requirements to design suitable, highly available, secure, and scalable solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present technical solutions for customers, overseeing technology selection, bill of materials development, proposal writing, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility.
• Highlight the positive impact of solutions and how they can help achieve customer business goals.
• Take lead and/or work as part of a team with other functional teams to review overall solution taking into consideration the deliverable aspects as well.
• Supports the Sales Team by providing views and input which is relevant to pricing considerations and provides the necessary technical proposal.
• Architect the technical solution in response to customer requirements.
• Supports technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Conducts enablement / client briefing on relevant solution to both clients & internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or IT-related field with minimum 7 years of IT Presales or Solutioning experience in Data Centre and Campus Networking, including network security solutions in ICT Industry.
• Familiar with technologies like wired, wireless, SDWAN, firewall, IPS/IDS, SASE, NAC, NDR & etc, familiar with cyber space technology such as EDR/MDR, SIEM/SOAR will be added advantage
• Sound technical knowledge for Aruba/Palo Alto/Huawei/Cisco networking offerings and architecture.
• Technical certification ACP / ACE / HCIP / HCIE / equivalent required. Candidate with CCIE / HCIE / ACE would have an added advantage.
• Palo Alto Certification eg, PCNSE, PSE-SASE, PSE-Strata certification are preferred.
• Technical qualifications and hands-on experience for products / technologies such as F5/Palo Alto/CheckPoint/Arista/etc required.
• Business acumen, able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
