Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Exchange Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. You will work with both on-premises and Exchange Online environments to ensure reliable email services across the organization.

You will join the IT operations team, handling hybrid deployments, security, backups, and disaster recovery, while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with other IT teams to integrate Exchange with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Exchange Server.
• Experience with both on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Strong Active Directory, user management, and authentication knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration and automation.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery for messaging systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex email infrastructure issues.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Exchange Server environments, including installation, configuration, and updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for Exchange
• Understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure and migration strategies
