Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a System Manager for MEPS+ to own operational and delivery outcomes. You will coordinate across software engineers, product owners, compliance teams, and vendors to ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of enhancements and patches.

Responsibilities include leading release planning, defining testing governance, and maintaining incident management processes.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in managing or delivering complex mission-critical systems.
Proven ability to lead incident response at an organisational level and drive post-mortems.
Experience managing vendor relationships, SLAs, and procurement activities.
Strong experience coordinating release cycles across multiple teams with release readiness accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership, stakeholders, and regulators.

Responsibilities

Own operational delivery outcomes for MEPS+ and related systems.
Lead release planning for major enhancements and coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
Own SLOs and ensure monitoring coverage, alert quality, and remediation.
Drive incident management framework, post-mortems, and preventive actions.
Oversee vendor governance, procurement activities, and contract reviews.
Ensure compliance with ICT Governance policies for government financial infrastructure.
