Job summary

Quess Selection & Services, Singapore is seeking a seasoned System Analyst with 5+ years in IT. You will liaise between business users and developers, translate requirements into technical specs, and lead end-to-end delivery on major enhancements.

The role requires strong .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC), HTML/CSS/JS, and SQL Server experience, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management. Day-to-day tasks include analysis, design, testing, and rollout coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least 3 years as a System Analyst.
• Experience on at least two waterfall projects with full lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, rollout and post go-live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job description

1. Possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 3 years as a System Analyst. Day 1/Development project experience OR play key role in major enhancement work is mandatory.
3. Proven experience on at least TWO waterfall methodology projects, participating in requirement gathering/analysis, development, testing, rollout and post go-live support.
4. Experience as a primary liaison between business users and developers, translating business needs into technical requirements.
5. Strong practical experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
6. Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET Core, API
7. Experience with Windows desktop applications.
8. Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
11. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong task ownership.
12. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required.
