Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Analyst in Singapore with 5+ years in IT and 3+ years as a System Analyst.

You will gather and analyze requirements, bridge business and development teams, and support waterfall projects from development to post go-live. Proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, HTML/CSS/JS is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work when needed, while collaborating

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 3 years as a System Analyst
Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements
Proven experience on at least TWO waterfall methodology projects, participating in requirement gathering/analysis, development, testing, rollout and post go-live support
Experience as a primary liaison between business users and developers, translating business needs into technical requirements
Experience with Windows desktop applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong task ownership
Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when required

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering and analysis for IT projects.
Develop, test, rollout and provide post go-live support for waterfall projects.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and liaise between business users and developers.
Engage stakeholders at all levels with clear communication.
Work with .NET technologies and SQL databases to deliver solutions.
