Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group is seeking a System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). The role covers level-2 support, user access management, and day-to-day IT operations.

You will administer and monitor Azure and Microsoft 365, coordinate AVD with vendors, manage licenses, MFA, CA, and patch management. Strong documentation and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support and coordinate Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) operations with vendors.
• Provide L2 support for incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online.
• Manage software assets, licenses and compliance.
• Support patching, vulnerability management and endpoint security.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA/service performance.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records and operational reports.
• Support IT changes, upgrades, audits and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in System Administration, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support or Managed Services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, patching and vulnerability management.
• Experience working with vendors/MSPs and ITIL-based processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
