Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior System Administrator responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation. Key tasks include managing Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Active Directory, and security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender and DLP.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 email systems.
• 1–2 years IT experience with focus on cybersecurity preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage Active Directory: user provisioning, access control, policies.
• Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (MFA, CA, Defender, DLP).
• Manage and support network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN connectivity (site-to-site and remote access).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers and endpoints.
• Support M365 deployment, migration, and tenant administration activities.
• Perform routine maintenance including patching, backup, and recovery operations.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
