Job summary

Almr Business Consulting Group is seeking a System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). The role covers level-2 support, user access management, and day-to-day IT operations.

You will administer and monitor Azure and Microsoft 365, coordinate AVD with vendors, manage licenses, MFA, CA, and patch management. Strong documentation and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of system administration or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support AVD operations with vendors.
• Provide L2 support for incidents and service requests.
• Manage user onboarding, access provisioning, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online.
• Manage software assets, licenses and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor SLAs.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Support patches, vulnerability management and endpoint security.
• Assist audits and continuous improvement activities.
