Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support the Finance Manager in reviewing, enhancing and optimizing finance processes within the company’s systems (Syspro). You will review workflows, identify gaps and ensure reports align with finance needs.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance or related field, 2–4 years of ERP experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to work with IT and external consultants to improve controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business, IS or related discipline.
• 2–4 years experience in finance, accounting, ERP or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, inventory and month-end close.
• Hands-on ERP experience with system workflows and reporting integration.
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Manager in reviewing, enhancing and optimising finance processes.
• Review existing system workflows and identify gaps, weaknesses and inefficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain financial and management reports from company systems (Syspro).
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete and aligned with Finance requirements.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies and report logic.
• Coordinate with system support teams or consultants for technical assistance.
• Review transaction flow from operations to General Ledger and identify issues.
• Reconcile system reports with supporting schedules and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting as required.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to translate requirements into solutions.
