Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven professional to support Front Office teams in pitching and executing agency and bilateral financing mandates in Singapore.

You will oversee agency administration for syndicated facilities, review facility agreements, and coordinate daily operations from utilization requests to rollovers and repayments. You will liaise with borrowers, lenders and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office teams in the pitching and execution of agency and bilateral financing mandates.
• Oversee the agency administration of syndicated facilities, where the Bank acts as Facility Agent, Security Agent, Account Bank and/or in other agency capacities.
• Review and interpret facility agreements and related legal documentation, ensuring transaction terms are consistent with approved credit conditions and the Bank's internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate day-to-day operational matters throughout the lifecycle of syndicated facilities, including utilization requests, interest/rate fixing, rollovers, repayments and other transaction-related activities.
• Act as a key point of contact between borrowers, lenders, Front Office and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely coordination and resolution of operational matters.
• Manage and coordinate waiver, consent, amendment and other transactional requests from borrowers and lenders.
• Implement and maintain credit and transaction limits in LIQ, ensuring accurate and timely updates in accordance with approved terms.
• Monitor collateral, financial and non-financial covenants, escalating potential breaches or exceptions to the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure all required documentation and operational processes are completed within established timelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk and Front Office to ensure smooth transaction execution and ongoing administration.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
