Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional to support financing deals, agency and bilateral mandates, and syndicated loan administration.

You will review legal documents and ensure compliance with internal policies while coordinating with Front Office and other teams. This role involves handling utilisation requests, rate-fixing and rollovers, serving as the main contact for borrowers and lenders on waivers and amendments, and monitoring collateral and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Set up financing deals and prepare paperwork, checking they match credit approvals
• Support the Front Office on agency and bilateral mandates
• Run agency administration for syndicated loans, including Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank roles
• Review legal documents and work with relevant parties to keep them in line with internal policy
• Handle utilisation requests, rate-fixing and rollovers
• Be the contact for borrowers and lenders on waiver, consent and amendment requests
• Set up and manage limits in LIQ
• Monitor collateral and covenants
• Provide rates and indicators for portfolio valuation
