Ability to review loan agreements, covenants and related documents.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships between business units, borrowers and parties.
Support syndication/club deals where the bank acts as Facility/ Security Agent.
Monitor financial and project covenants and ensure compliance.
Process day-to-day syndication loan administration including drawdown, billing and disbursement.
Review agreements to ensure feasibility and operational practicality.
Coordinate with syndicate counsel on disbursement instructions.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
