Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Swim Coach & Operations Executive for our swim centre. You will conduct classes for babies, toddlers, and young children, support senior coaches, and gradually take on independent teaching duties.

You will also manage daily operations including class scheduling, student registrations, bookings, attendance records, and administrative tasks, while ensuring pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends (required).
• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is advantageous.
• Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are advantageous.

About the role

This is a Swim Coach & Operations Executive position at a swim centre. Key responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided)

• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities

• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation

• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination

• Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks

• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents

• Support the daily operations of the swim centre

• Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times

• Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities

About you
