Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory is hiring a Swim Coach & Operations Executive in Singapore. The role covers delivering swim classes to babies and young children, supporting senior coaches, and gradually taking on independent teaching responsibilities.

Additionally, you will assist with class scheduling, bookings, attendance, and communications with parents, while ensuring pool safety and daily operations of the swim centre. Weekend work is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Swim coaching for babies, toddlers and young children with training provided.
• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration and class coordination.
• Ensure pool safety and cleanliness; set up and pack up the pool area; maintain hygiene and safety standards.
