Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our Singapore swim centre. The role blends coaching young swimmers with daily class scheduling and frontline operations.

You’ll work 5 days a week, including weekends, with shifts 9am–6pm or 11am–8pm (weekends 8am–6pm). Training provided; certifications in swimming or lifeguarding are an advantage, and focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends (required).
• Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Swim coaching for babies, toddlers and young children (training provided).
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents; support daily operations of the swim centre.
• Maintain pool safety and cleanliness; set up and pack up the pool area; ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Swim Coach & Operations Executive

Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed)
Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; weekend 8am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed)
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000

Responsibilities

Swim Coaching

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.

Operations & Coordination

• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
• Support the daily operations of the swim centre.

Safety & Facility Support

• Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities.
