Qualifications

• NROC-certified Swim Coach or international certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Strong knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
• Detail-oriented in stroke analysis and correction.

• Willing to work on weekdays, evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured swimming lessons for children and adults.

• Plan lessons according to each swimmer's goals and progress.
• Monitor development and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, positive and professional learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students.

• Previous coaching experience preferred
