Job summary

TAO LI PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Swim Coach to lead our Learn-To-Swim program for toddlers and kids in Singapore. You will deliver lessons, tailor instruction to each child, and track progress with parent communication.

The role emphasizes safe, engaging coaching and collaboration with fellow staff to run events and activities within the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in teaching swimming.
• Availability to work weekday mornings.
• Former competitive swimmers and those with national-level experience are preferred.
• Swim Coach Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons following TLSC's curriculum in a safe, supportive environment.
• Provide personalized instruction to grow each swimmer's skills and confidence.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to swimmers and parents/guardians.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards of the swimming facility.

TLSC is in search of a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to lead our Learn-To-Swim Program catering to toddlers (3-4 years) and young kids (5-12 years). This role requires passion, expertise, and a commitment to fostering a love for swimming among our young learners.

1. Conduct swimming lessons following TLSC's curriculum, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

4. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the swimming facility.
5. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events and activities.

Requirements:
