Job summary

YALE SWIMMING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Learn-to-Swim Coach to teach children aged 4-8 years. The role involves delivering group and private lessons, following a structured curriculum, and inspiring beginners to enjoy swimming while building solid skills.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years coaching experience, holds LTS coaching certification, and can communicate well with parents. Weekend availability (mornings/afternoons) is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Learn-to-Swim coaching.
• Minimum 2 years coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of young children's learning needs and behavior.
• Patient, positive, and skilled in communication.
• Ability to manage and engage classes effectively.
• Availability to work on weekends (mornings and afternoons).
• Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR + AED, and Life Saving.
